Booking Deposits Policy
A deposit is required for bookings of 10 guests or more.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking date will result in the deposit being non-refundable; however, the amount will be transferred onto a gift card for use on a future visit.
For bookings on key dates such as Mother's Day, Christmas, or New Year, cancellations made within 4 weeks of the event will incur a full non-refundable deposit.
